Hello, my name is Aislen Crews. When my car broke down in the middle of the roadway, I was desperate to move it to the side of the road. Unfortunately, the ball joint broke away from the control arm, leaving my vehicle completely disabled. I called for a tow truck to have the vehicle pulled out of the roadway.
